John Thibault, President
John served as a United States Marine, retiring after serving 21 years. Since retiring, John has served in progressive roles in Corporate America, currently serving as Plant Manager with a Indianapolis based Chemical company. John is dedicated to serving the Marines, Navy Support Personnel, and Veterans in The Hoosier State Veterans community.

Kay Ross, Vice President
Kay served in the Marine Corps from 1990 -1995 as an Avionics Technician. She currently serves the veteran community as a Veterans Service Officer and is very active in various Marine Corps and veterans organizations. She lives in Plainfield with her husband, Mike (also a Marine), and their two children.

Russ Eaglin, President Emeritus & Lifetime Board Member
Russ is a United States Marine, serving in Vietnam in 1968-1969 and again in 1972 as a civilian. Since his time in the Corps, Russ worked at Naval Avionics Center, he completed his 30 years of US Government Service at the Veterans Administration then became the first Veteran Service Officer for the City Of Indianapolis. Russ then served as the Deputy Director of Indiana Department of Veterans Affairs. Russ is one of the three Founding board members of the Marine Foundation of Indiana, he is also the former Commandant of the Marine Corps League, Hiram I Bearss Detachment Indianapolis and State Commandant Marine Corps League, Department of Indiana. Russ lives in Avon, Indiana and enjoys the wood art of Intarsia and carving.

Lloyd Louks, Lifetime Board Member
Lloyd Louks, OFS, served in the USMC from 1970 – 1976, and Vietnam in 1971. Since then he has had an extensive career path in computers, programming, banking, insurance, utilities, manufacturing, collections, and higher education. In 1977, received his first black belt in Isshinryu Karate and currently teaches at Marian University. He enjoys being active at St. Barnabas Catholic church and is a founding member of the Marine Foundation of Indiana.

Charlie Haslip, President Emeritus & Lifetime Board Member
Following a 33 year career in the Marine Corps, Charlie lead the Marine Foundation of Indiana from its inception in 2003 until his retirement in January 2020. Charlie currently enjoys traveling the country with his bride Debbra.

Joseph Martin - Board Secretary
Joseph served as an active-duty Marine from 1989 to 2013. Upon retirement, Joseph started to teach and has been employed as a teacher at MSD Wayne Township. Joseph is actively involved in his community and continues to serve his fellow veterans.

Juan Anorga, Board Member
Juan served 22 years as an active-duty Marine from 1994-2016. Following retirement, Juan continues to wear the uniform as a Marine Corps JROTC Instructor at MSD Warren Township. Juan serves the community as a current member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and most recently, as a Board Member with the Marine Foundation of Indiana.
